The company was incorporated on 20th October 1994 under the companies act, 1956. The company was formed with the objective of developing holiday resorts, health resorts, holiday cum health resorts, build cottages, houses, flats, rooms, suites and such other types to give it on lease or licence or otherwise transfer on vacation time share or property share basis by days, weeks months and any undivided share with or without exchange basis in India or outside India. The company has also decided to purchase or take over or otherwise acquire property, time share or property share in all other holidays resorts in India or abroad.

The company in general have to carry on the business of hotel, restaurant, café, tavern, refreshment roos and lodge house keeper, motels, auto-courts, holiday camps and apartment house keepers, licenced victualers, amusement parks, recreation clubs, sport clubs, entertainment places, night clubs, swimming pools, bars and other connected business.The company will also deal in the areas such as purchase, lease, rent, hire or otherwise acquire, sell and dispose of houses, offices, workshops, buildings and premises, plots of land and any fixed or movable machinery, tools, and also let on hire, mortgage, pledge, transfer, sell, exchange or otherwise dispose off the whole or any part of the undertakings of the company.

The company constitute of dynamic and efficient directors who have vast experience in this field for more than a decade. The company has now taken lot of interest because of the heavy demand that has been created by the customers who would like to spend the holidays in a place where everything is available. The company has decided to set up a corporate sector within itself and has undertaken few of the Projects in and around kodaikannal. The company is planning to do more resorts type of Projects in the near future and the board of directors are very determined to do such Projects in the interest of the customers.
