The company was incorporated on 2ndn February 1994 under the companies Act, 1956 with a view to carry on the business of providing long term finance on such terms and conditions as the company may deem fit to individuals for purpose of construction or purchase of any residential houses or flats, and for companies or corporation or societies or associations for purpose of construction or purchase of residential houses or flats and to advance, deposit or lend money, securities to any individual, cooperative society, association or bodies corporate on such terms and conditions as may be determined from time to time and to aid, assist, finance by way of grant of loans to individuals, groups, co-operative societies, bodies corporate for the construction of houses or flats for residential purpose in India. It has also decided to arrange and provide technical know-how, product know-how and project consultancy to companies, firms, individuals and joint venture activities.

The company has to bring foreign exchange facilities loan, equity participation, repatriation in accordance with government rules and regulations. It has decided to act as a member, sub-broker in stock exchanges.

The company has decided to act as agents for overseas importers and exporters of any product which falls within the framework of import trade/ export trade central policy of the government of India will be in force from time to time. The company will also acts as purchasers and sellers of immovable properties, civil contractors, engineers and supply of all building materials.

The board of directors of the company has rich expertise in the field of consultancy towards build, construct, maintain, alter. Enlarge, remove or replace any buildings, offices, factories, wars and to clear sites for the same, or to join with any person, firm or company in doing any of the things aforesaid and to work, manage and control the same. The company will also make valuation of the business, goodwill and assets of the firm, or company carrying on or proposing to carry on any of the business which this company is authorized to carry on.

The company will act as agent brokers and trustees for any person, firm or company and to undertake any perform sub-contractors and also to act in any of the business of the company through or by means of agents, brokers, subcontractors or others.
