This company was Started in the year of 1994 under the Companies Act - 1956. The Company is engaged in the business of carrying on the business of dealers, importers, exporters, sellers, buyers, distributors, agents, stockists and commission agents of goods merchandise and commodities of all kinds.

The promoters have a depth of knowledge in the field of horticulture and floriculture. The board of directors of the company have a in depth knowledge in the field and are looking towards the development of the company in the areas which relate to purchase out or engage in production, processing and packing of horticulture and floriculture products to meet the above requirement. The company has a whole constitute a group of committee headed by the director. Dr.P.Pandian, Retired I.A.S officer, who has vast experience in the areas governing the objectives of the company.

The company is looking forward to its development by adopting to new scientific and innovative methods and also to do such Research and development in the near future to optimize the areas where it can achieve the desired objectives of the memorandum.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The company is planning to investment by raising the equity shares and also through such other resources in order to be more pro active for undertaking the R & D activities in the fields listed in the areas governing the memorandum of the company. The company is also trying to enter joint venture like agreement with those partners who are willing to invest in the Field of horticulture and floriculture activities.
