The company has propsesd to execute a project at Kovathur, OMR Land, Ennore Resorts, Bombay Resorts & Perur Developers Pvt Ltd which is located with in the city limits. The company has approached State bank of India for funding the project. The decision to publicise the project will be done with in a short period of time.
